FAQ

  • Q: Is online women’s therapy as effective as in-person?

A: Absolutely! In 2020 therapists were forced to move to online therapy to continue helping clients. Since then many studies have proven that online therapy is just as effective, and in some cases even more effective than in-person therapy! And it’s very convenient!

  • Q: What are your office hours?

A: You can schedule a therapy appointment with me between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and Friday 9-12 pm. However, let me know if you need evening or weekend sessions, and we’ll figure something out!

  • Q: Do I have to be a women’s therapy client of yours to enroll in your women's support groups in Georgia?

A: Nope! I believe women need as much support as possible. So, even if you’re not in therapy with me, you can enroll in the support groups! And vice versa. You don’t have to be in my support groups to enroll in individual therapy with me!

  • Q: How long can I expect to be in women’s therapy with you?

A: My goal is to support and guide you in learning how to hold space for yourself and live with confidence and authenticity. That means I don’t want you to be in therapy with me forever! You have the power to live your best life without coming to therapy for the rest of your life. However long it takes, it's how long it takes. And when you’re ready, you can live your best life!
